Pernikahan dini dua bocah di Kampung Saka, Desa Tungkap, Kecamatan Binuang, Kabupaten Tapin, yang menghebohkan warga Kalimantan Selatan pada akhir pekan lalu akhirnya dinyatakan tidak sah.
Keputusan tersebut diambil dalam pertemuan tertutup yang melibatkan kedua remaja, keluarga, pihak KUA serta tokoh masyarakat setempat di Mapolsek Binuang, Sabtu (14/7/2018).
Pihak KUA menyatakan bahwa pernikahan keduanya tidak sah, baik secara agama maupun negara karena ada syarat-syarat yang belum terpenuhi.
Penghulu kampung yang menikahkan kedua bocah itu akhirnya juga menyatakan pernikahan tersebut tidak sah.
Kepala Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Binuang, Ahmad, mengatakan, dalam pertemuan tersebut, keluarga dari kedua pihak tampak menerima keputusan tersebut. Namun, dia tidak tahu apa langkah yang akan diambil keduanya ke depannya.
Ahmad mengatakan, pernikahan itu bisa saja disahkan kembali jika menempuh proses hukum di Pengadilan Agama.
"Keluarga mempelai silakan buka sidang di pengadilan agama kalau mungkin bisa dapat pengecualian pernikahan dini tersebut," ucap Ahmad.
Sementara itu, Sainah, ibu dari mempelai pria, sempat mengatakan bahwa keluarga akan maju ke pengadilan agama untuk mendapatkan pengakuan terhadap pernikahan kedua anak mereka.
"Saya akan menempuh jalur pengadilan agama yang didampingi dari tim perlindungan anak dari Pemda Tapin supaya jelas statusnya," ungkap Sainah, Sabtu sore.
Dalam menempuh jalur itu, keduanya rencananya untuk sementara dipisahkan. Namun, rencana maju ke Pengadilan Agama kemudian dibatalkan.
Kembali ke sekolah
Setelah menempuh berbagai proses hingga heboh dibicarakan, ZA maupun IB menerima keputusan tersebut.
ZA mengaku ingin melanjutkan sekolah dengan program paket B.
Hal ini disampaikan Kepala Dinas Pemberdayaan dan Perlindungan Anak Tapin, H Rusnadi, Selasa (17/7/2018) sore. Mereka akan melanjutkan sekolah pada tahun ini juga.
Rusnadi menambahkan, timnya telah memberikan pendampingan, nasihat dan motivasi kepada kedua bocah itu dan keluarganya dalam pertemuan pada hari Selasa.
"Dalam pertemuan tersebut, kedua bocah dan keluarganya menerima dengan lapang dada hasil keputusan yang menyatakan pernikahan itu tidak sah," ucap Rusnadi.
Berdasarkan akta kelahiran yang diterbitkan Disdukcapil Tapin, mempelai pria lahir pada tahun 2005, sedangkan pasangannya kelahiran 2003.
Sebelumnya diberitakan, pernikahan terjadi antara seorang remaja pria berinisial ZA (13) dan kekasihnya, IB (15). ZA baru saja lulus SD, sedangkan IB duduk di kelas VIII atau kelas II SMP.
Syukuran pernikahan berlangsung pada Jumat (13/7/2018) di rumah nenek A, semalam setelah keduanya mengikat janji.
Sehari setelah syukuran pernikahan itu, kedua mempelai dan keluarga masing-masing dipanggil ke kantor polisi.
Hadir pula Kepala Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Binuang dan anggota pusat pelayanan terpadu perlindungan perempuan dan anak (P2TP2A) Tapin di Mapolsek Binuang.
