Warga Prada Kalikendal, Dujuh Pakis, Surabaya ini pura-pura wudhu dan melaksanakan salat di Masjid Hidayatullah, Made, Sambikerep Surabaya, tapi mencuri sepatu milik jemaah.

Pencurian yang dilakukan pada Senin (16/7/2018) pukul 15.00 WIB itu, awalnya pelaku mengambil air wudlu seperti hendak salat ashar.

Tetapi saat para jemaah lengah pelaku mencuri beberapa pasang sepatu milik jemaah salat ashar di masjid tersebut.

Kapolsek Lakarsantri Surabaya, Kompol Dwi Heri Sukiswanto menjelaskan, ketika anggota Reskrim Polsek Lakarsantri akan melaksanakan salat Ashar di Masjid Hidayatullah melihat orang mencurigakan di area masjid.

"Awalnya pelaku mengambil air wudhu, namun setelahnya dia tidak salat Ashar," kata Dwi Heri, Selasa (17/7/2018).

Pria itu, kata Dwi Heri, langsung mengambil sepasang sepatu milik korban yang sedang salat Ashar.

Setelah aksinya tepergok korbannya, pelaku diamankan anggota Reskrim yang saat itu sedang salat di masjid tersebut.

"Saat digeledah ditemuka tujuh pasang sepatu dan satu pasang sandal di tas pelaku," terang Dwi Heri.

Terbukti melakukan pencurian, pelaku selanjutnya digelandang ke Polsek Lakarsantri.

Tersangka Dicky Arahman dijerat Pasal 362 KUHP dan terancam penjara  enam tahun.
